Sway - Payments
A key component of the Sway experience is the Open Banking payment flow. Given that contactless card payments are nearly frictionless, my goal was to design an end-customer-experience that minimises friction as much as possible within the constraints of the banking landscape.

After choosing a payment method, users are directed to either the bank selection screen or the card payment screen.
For returning visitors who have previously paid via bank, their bank is prominently displayed on the landing page, allowing them to click it immediately for quick access.
Upon successful payment, users will see a success screen that clearly confirms the transaction. They also have the option to receive a receipt via email, adding an extra layer of convenience. This simple yet clear design enhances user satisfaction and ensures that customers feel informed every step of the way.
